1Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.
3Account Registration and Security
To use the full functionality of the 8fbd platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and mobile verification details.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
- You must notify 8fbd support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach.
- You must not share your account login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your 8fbd account.
8fbd will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 8fbd that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 8fbd support immediately.
4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
8fbd supports a range of payment methods designed to serve Bangladesh players conveniently and securely. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (cryptocurrency), Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed within the cashier section of your logged-in account.
The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the 8fbd platform:
- All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.

- 8fbd processes withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary by payment method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of the request being approved. Delays beyond 8fbd's control (such as payment network issues) may affect processing times.
- 8fbd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to identity verification, payment method ownership verification, and source of funds verification.
Deposits made in error, or deposits made to circumvent a self-exclusion, may be reversed at 8fbd's discretion. Players who suspect an error in their account balance should contact support promptly with relevant transaction details.
All balances on the 8fbd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. 8fbd is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations that occur between the initiation and completion of a cryptocurrency transaction.
5Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
8fbd offers bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of any bonus or promotion before accepting it. The following general principles apply to all 8fbd bonuses:
- Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6Responsible Gaming

7Prohibited Conduct

- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, or sharing information in a way that gives an unfair advantage.
- Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods to make deposits or withdrawals on the platform.
- Providing false information during registration or during any identity verification process.
- Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or malfunctions in the platform software to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
8fbd reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a player's conduct constitutes a breach of these prohibited conduct provisions. Decisions made by 8fbd in respect of prohibited conduct are final and binding.
8Intellectual Property
All content on the 8fbd platform — including but not limited to the platform software, website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of 8fbd or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the express written permission of 8fbd or the relevant licensor.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8fbd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform or its content.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8fbd's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 8fbd shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
- Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service caused by circumstances outside 8fbd's reasonable control, including power failures, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment network outages.
- Any loss or damage resulting from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure, or from unauthorised access to their account by a third party.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10Account Suspension and Termination
8fbd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
- 8fbd has reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
- The player has requested account closure or self-exclusion.
Upon termination of an account for breach of these terms, 8fbd reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play. Where account closure is initiated by the player or results from self-exclusion, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal after completion of standard verification checks.
11Privacy and Data Protection
8fbd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. 12Amendments to These Terms
